Nach der neuen Tierschutz-Hundeverordnung gilt ab 1. Mai 2002 ein Ausstellungsververbot für folgende Hunde aus dem In- und Ausland:

1. Ohren kupiert nach dem 1. 1. 1987.
2. Rute kupiert nach dem 1. 6. 1998 (Ausnahme: Jagdliche Verwendung gemäß deutschem Tierschutzgesetz).
3. Das Ausstellungsverbot gilt nicht in den Ausnahmefällen, wenn eine medizinische Indikation vorliegt; eine entsprechende Bescheinigung ist der Meldung beizufügen.

In accordance with the „Tierschutz-Hundeverordnung“ (animal protection dog regulations) from the 1st May 2002 the following dogs will be banned from participating at dog shows both at home and abroad:

1. Ears cropped after 1. 1. 1987.
2. Tail cropped after 1. 6. 1998 (exeption: dogs used for hunting in accordanc with german law for the protection of animals).
3. The ban ist not enforced in execptional cases if a medical indication is known, the corresponding certification must be enclosed togehter with the entry.

Selon le nouveau décret realtif à la protection des chiens, une interdiction d’exposition pour les chiens nommés cidessous, en provenance de l’Allemagne et de l’étranger, entrera en vigueur à partir du ler mai 2002:

1. Chiens dont les oreilles ont été coupées après le 1. 1. 1987.
2. Chiens dont la queue a été coupée après le 1. 6. 1998 (à l’exception des chiens de chasse conformément à la nouvelle réglementation sur la protection des animaux).
3. L’interdiction d’exposition ne s’applique pa à ces exceptions lorsqu’il y a une indication médicale. Un certificat conforme doit être joint dans le rapport.
